Richard John Bajorski, a cherished father, devoted brother, and a friend to many, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2025, at the age of 65. Born on August 21, 1960, in Chicago, IL, Richard was a man who embodied kindness and dedication, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those who knew him.
Richard was a proud member of a loving family, and he is survived by his three beloved children: daughter Victoria (Robert) Messina, son Greg (fiancée Jess Salisbury) Bajorski, and daughter Jessika (Stephen) Allen. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Kaylie Caston and Kaden Allen, who brought immense joy to his life. Richard is also survived by his brother, Joseph Bajorski, who shared many fond memories of their childhood together.
Richard's professional life was marked by his role as a Service Technician for industrial printers, a position he approached with the same meticulousness and organization that defined his personal life. His colleagues respected him not only for his technical skills but also for his quiet demeanor and calm presence in the workplace.
In his private life, Richard was a man of simple pleasures and deep interests. He was an avid follower of the Chicago Bears and the Chicago Cubs, often dedicating weekends to cheering on his favorite teams. His love for all things trains was another passion that he carried with him throughout his life, often fascinating family and friends with his extensive knowledge.
Richard was known for his neatness and organization, traits that permeated every aspect of his life. Those who knew him well appreciated his quiet strength and the way he approached every situation with thoughtfulness and care. His gentle spirit and unwavering support for his family and friends have left a legacy that will be cherished forever.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kazimierz and Stanislawa Stoj Bajorski, who instilled in him the values of hard work and integrity that he carried throughout his life. Richard's love for his family and community was evident in all that he did, and his memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
