Richard was born in Wiltshire, England to a military family as the youngest child. He was the family's baby and nurtured as such. He was quiet and introverted, yet smart and witty with a contagious smile and great sense of humor.
Richard worked as a trained electrician across several states. He loved to cook and enjoyed his daily English tea. Richard loved the piano and guitar, and he was a talented drawing artist-a trait that he passed along to his beloved daughters.
Richard is survived by daughters: Jessica Meagan and Maya Miliek, granddaughter, Lydia Dawn; along with his mother: Sheila "Lou," sisters: Jessie and Cheryl, and brothers: Cordell and Tracy "Charlie," along with many cousins, nieces and nephews.
