Mr. Richard "Rick" Wayne Boyden, age 81, passed away Friday, October 17, 2025. He was born in Montague, MI on August 30, 1944 to Quinton & Rose "Marie" (Winters) Boyden and graduated from Montague High School. He married Frances Price on June 21, 1969 and she preceded him in death in 2022. Mr. Boyden had been employed as a Manufacturing Rep for many different companies selling various hardware store products. He was a long time member of Temple B'Nai Israel. Rick was a certified master gardener through Michigan State University; he also enjoyed traveling with his wife, Fran, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
SURVIVORS
a son, Jason (Ruby) Boyden; two grandchildren, Noah and Goldwyn Boyden; a brother, Theodore Boyden; two sisters, Rita (Bob) Morris and Joan (Dan) Christiansen; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Boyden, and his parents Quinton and Rose Boyden.
