Richard M. Dillingham, age 85, of Wisconsin Rapids, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2022, at Serenity Assisted Living in Marshfield.
A Memorial Service will be held at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Wisconsin Rapids, WI, on Friday, September 2, 2022, at 11:00am with Father Patric presiding. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 10:00am to 11:00 am.
Richard was born on May 17, 1937, in Wisconsin Rapids to James and Aurelia (Kehrberg) Dillingham.
Richard worked at Judges Laundry services in Wisconsin Rapids; Ironwood Laundry Service in Ironwood, Michigan; and ODC in Wisconsin Rapids until his retirement.
Richard was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. He was a proud participant in the Special Olympics in Wisconsin Rapids, where he was a member of the bowling team. He was an avid Brewers and Packers fan. Most of all, Richard cherished his time spent with his family.
Richard is survived by his son, Gary Dillingham and his wife, Elizabeth "Lisa" Dillingham of Kaukauna; son, Bruce Dillingham of Wisconsin Rapids; granddaughter, Samantha Dillingham of Kaukauna; sisters, Nancy Dillingham, Stella Rude, and Millie (Jerry) Freeberg; sister-in-law, Donna Dillingham; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Harold, Eugene, Edward, Norman, Patrick, Marie, Marjorie, Elsie, Shirley, and Lorraine.
