Beloved husband of the late Darlene Fitzgerald, nee Harmston; loving father of Patti (Trev) Morson, Ellen (David) Martin, and Michele (Ed) Lambke; devoted grandfather of Jennifer Groner, Ryan (Jessica) Haick, Erin Malone, Tyler Martin, Hailey Martin, and Michael (Sarah) Lambke; fond brother of William Fitzgerald; uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation Thursday, November 21st, 9am until time of service at 11am at Knollcrest funeral Home, 1500 S. Meyers Rd, Lombard. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Memorials to Divine Hospice are appreciated. For info: 630-932-1500.

He was the nicest man ever I was a CNA where he lived he would always offer me some gum and he was very funny he would crack jokes here and there.
