Richard Eugene Flanders (Ranger Rick), 68 years old of Jordan, MN passed away unexpectedly on Sunday February 16th, 2025, at his home.
Rick was born on December 2nd, 1956. He was born in MN to the late Wesley Eugen Flanders and Alice Irene Flanders (Brandvold). Rick proudly served his country as an aircraft mechanic in the Navy, and ended his tour with an honorable discharge. Rick enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, boating and had a passion for cooking. On his downtime, he loved watching his Western shows and enjoyed hanging out with friends and family.
Rick was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Brandy Aldrich.
Left to cherish Rick's memory are his brother, Todd (Ruth) Flanders; sister, Linda (Steve) Krueger; children, Adam (Heidi) Flanders, Kelly (Charlie) Worner and Shannan Ganey, and also many friends.
Rick will especially be remembered for his witty sense of humor and gracious soul.
There will be a Celebration of life at Country Prime Time Bar and Grill at - 20565 Langford Way Jordan, MN 55352, on March 23rd, 2025, from 4 to 6 for all who would like to join.
There will be a Graveside Service at Fort Snelling National Cemetery at - 7601 34th Ave S Minneapolis, MN 55450 on April 18th, 2025 at 11:30am.
