When I first met Dick, I was, well, I have basically known him all my life. I grew up going to Mohn's Hill, and him and his wife Donna were a huge part of the church. They were really good friends with my grandparents, Clarence and Catherine Kline (who have since passed). If you knew Dick, you of course knew Donna, they were inseparable, a true attribute to what a marriage should be. Such an absolutely amazing couple. Dick was always there for my grandma Kline in her time of need and visiting her in the nursing home, just for visits, and when it was nearing the end for her. My grandpa Clarence, always thought of Dick as a good friend. I remember when my grandpa was in a nursing home for rehab, and he told me that Dick called him to check in on him, and also came all the way out there to visit with him. here for you. There is not a bad thing that I could ever even imagine saying or remembering of Dick. His children are the luckiest children to have him as a father. He was such a powerful, Godly man, and was not ashamed of that. He always prayed before he left wh He could never say enough nice things about him. No matter the time of day, Dick was ALWAYS ten visiting with my grandma and grandpa, and they absolutely loved that. Dick and Donna Heck will always hold a special place in my heart. I was so saddened the day that I heard that he passed away, but also happy for him, because he is now living pain free and is with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He finally got to go home, where we all long to be. May he rest in peace, and until we meet again. God Bless you Donna, and family, you will all be in my thoughts and prayers. Please take care, and if you need anything at all, please know that I am here for you all. Thank you for everything over the years Dick and Donna. You're both a true treasure, and Blessing.
