Richard Hilliard Obituary
Ricky was baptized at an early age and attended the Baptist church. Ricky spent his life working and taking care of his family. For a good part of his life, he lived in Biloxi, MS. and loved his offshore welding job. When not working or spending time with or taking care of his family, Ricky enjoyed reading.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Peggy Jean Hilliard, his son-in-law William Dale Stone and by his brothers Stanley Hilliard and Barry Hilliard.
Ricky is survived by his loving family, his daughter Lisa Stone; sons Justin Hilliard and Shea Hilliard; granddaughters Lindsey Stone and Sara Powers and her husband Kyle; great-grandchildren Adalynn Powers, Collin Powers and Roslynn Powers; nephew Jonathan Hilliard and nieces Jennifer Stewart and Kellie Harrelson. Ricky loved, was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
