Richard Jester Obituary
Richard leaves behind his wife of 50 years, Lori and son, Richard Jr. and daughter in law, Diane. He also leaves behind his beloved dog, Deiter. He was predeceased by his mother Dorotha and father Richard Jester.
Richard led an interesting life, he was the first trained EMT in his home town of Bridgeton NJ, as well as a member of the local rescue squad that was then located on Cohansey Street in Bridgeton. He also worked for what is now Inspira Medical Center but was at one time Bridgeton Hospital where he dedicated 43 years of his life to working security detail.
His favorite vacation place was Nashville, TN and favorite color was blue. Richard was a dedicated husband and father. He will be missed by his best friend and son Richard Jester, Jr.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Written condolences can be sent to the family through the funeral home website, www.padgettfuneralhomes.com.
