I have the pleasure of knowing and working with Stephanie. I only had a couple of opportunities for brief encounters with Richard (at a faculty gathering with Stephanie and he made our treasured (now more than ever) cornhole boards. From the moment I first met Stephanie and she so proudly shared her husband's name and occupation regarding his giving heart to special needs people, and in knowing her and my personal encounters with him, it is clear that Richard is a considerate, hardworking and caring man. I can't imagine how terribly missed he will be by his family and friends that knew him well. However, I feel confident that his caring spirit will live on through those he so positively impacted. May the Lord's presence give you all peace and restored joy through your love and memories of Richard.

I am the Customer Support Director at TaskMaster Pro, where we provide software services to AA Advantage - Richard´s workplace. While I never had the opportunity to meet Richard in person, we spoke many times over the phone, and I always looked forward to our conversations.

Richard was easygoing, kind, and a true pleasure to work with. Though our calls were usually about work, we always took a few moments to connect on a personal level - sharing stories about our families and even exchanging prayer requests. I clearly remember our last conversation, when he went into the hospital, and we still made time to lift each other up in prayer.

Though we never met face-to-face, I truly feel I´ve lost a great friend. Please accept my heartfelt condolences for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Nohl family during this incredibly difficult time.

My heart hurts for you all. I took, never expected this. I enjoyed Richard as a previous boss and a friend. He was one of a kind and will be missed by many. Countless numbers of special needs individuals whose lives he touched in big ways hearts are hurting right now. Rest with Jesus, Richard
