Richard was born and raised in Boston, he proudly served in the United States Navy and was a hard worker, working as a machinist at General Electric and Meadow Fabrication.
He will be dearly missed and is survived by his children, Robert B. Sharpe and Tina McNeil, grandchildren, Gabby McNeil, Megan McNeil, Mia Sharpe, and Rick Sharpe, as well as his sister, Marsha Fin.
