Richie was born on Tuesday, April 08, 1941 in Monterey, LA and passed away Monday, December 18, 2023 at his home. He was avid outdoorsman from farming to cattleman and hunting. Richie was a simple man that loved his family dearly. More importantly, he loved aggravating his children and loving on his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Richie will be missed by everyone who knew him either as Richie or Chitlins.
He is reunited with his parents, Woodrow Jackson Tiffee and Helen Morace Tiffee and grandsons, Ryan Mitchell and Steven Mitchell.
Those left behind to cherish Richie's memories are his wife, Paulette Baker Tiffee of Monterey, LA; daughters, Jackie Tiffee of Monterey, LA, Stephanie Mitchell & her husband Tony of Lafayette, LA, Teresa Smith & her husband Andy of Monterey, LA, and Stacie Cooper & her husband Eric of Monterey, LA; sons, Greg Wigginton of Monterey, LA and Gary Wigginton of Monterey, LA; grandchildren, Chasity Farris & her husband John, Will Ferrell, Leighton Ferrell & his wife Brandi Nichole, Andrea Guidry & her husband BJ, Payton Elaine Book & her husband Robert, Jacob Tiffee Cooper, Jarett Cooper, Tiana Mitchell, and Seth Wigginton; great-grandchildren, Tailor, JJ, Hadli, JoAnna, Brody, Tyler, Canyon, Gage, Jayce, Bailee, Nova, and Robert, Jr.; special niece, Deborah Girod & her husband James; brother, Gene Wayne Tiffee & his wife Beverly of Monterey, LA; nieces and nephews, Jason Tiffee & his wife BeBee, Dana White & her husband Lynn, Brian Tiffee & his wife Michelle; and family and friends.
Those honoring Richie as pallbearers are his grandsons and granddaughters.
Honorary pallbearers will be Brody Ferrell, Greg Wigginton, James Girod, Tony Mitchell, Eric Cooper, Andy Smith, Gary Wigginton, and Greg Wigginton, and his nephews.
