Rick Perron Obituary
Obituary published on Legacy.com by Grace Memorial Cremations and Burials - Clinton Township on Apr. 22, 2025.
Rick Alan Perron, of Roseville, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully at his home on April 21, 2025, at the age of 69. Born on December 24, 1955, in Detroit, Rick's life was a testament to his enduring warmth, skillful hands, and the joy he found in the simple pleasures of life.
Rick's journey began in the bustling city of Detroit, where he was welcomed into the world by his loving family. He grew up surrounded by his siblings, Sherry, Barb, Judy, David, and the late Ron. Rick's kindred spirit and hearty laugh became the cornerstone of countless family gatherings and memories cherished by all who knew him.
In his professional life, Rick was known for his exceptional craftsmanship as a residential carpenter. His hands were rarely still, always working on a project or lending a helping hand to neighbors and friends. His work was not just a means to an end but a canvas where he expressed his dedication, reliability, and a love for creating something lasting and beautiful.
Rick's heart found its match in his wife, Denise, with whom he shared 21 years of devoted marriage. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and mutual respect. Their home was a haven of warmth, often filled with the sounds of Rick's favorite Jazz, Blues, and rock tunes, which he enjoyed almost as much as playing his guitar.
His daughter and son-in-law, Dawn and Jason Brimm of Clinton Township, brought him immense pride and joy, as did his granddaughters, Alyssa (Steven) Werner and Amanda Bazarewski. Rick's role as a grandfather was one he cherished deeply, and his granddaughters will carry the wisdom and kindness he imparted to them throughout their lives.
An avid motorcyclist, Rick's sense of freedom was most palpable when he was riding his Harley, with the wind in his hair and a wide-open road ahead. This passion for adventure and the open road was a reflection of his approach to life-embracing each moment with vigor and a sense of possibility.
Rick's legacy is one of love, friendship, and the joy of a life well-lived. His memory will be held dear in the hearts of his family, his many friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Rick Alan Perron's story is one of a life that, like the music he adored, resonated with a rhythm that will continue to inspire and comfort those he left behind.
