Rickey David "Rick" Collins

Rickey Rick David Collins, age 73, resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday morning, August 26, 2022 at Southern Hills Rehab Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Rick was born on November 9, 1948 in Coweta, Oklahoma to Richard Ira and Wilimae (Murray) Collins. He was raised in Coweta and attended Coweta Public Schools. Rick worked at Gatesway Foundation for a few years. He enjoyed drinking coffee and watching TV.
Rick was survived by his sister, Deborah Mizell and husband Jim of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his brother, Douglas Collins of Coweta, Oklahoma; his uncle, James Murray of Coweta, Oklahoma; his aunts, Irma Houck of Norman, Oklahoma and Pat Boyd and husband Michael of Norman, Oklahoma; his nieces and nephew, Tara Easley, Tiffany Maturino and husband James, Jeremey Collins and wife Emily, Brecka Bagby and husband Ryan, and Tressi Mizell; his cousin, Cathy Snelson; and numerous other relatives.
Rick was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Ira and Wilimae Collins and his niece, Amber (Mizell) Rogers.
Visitation will be from 12:00 8:00 PM on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at Brown Funeral Home in Coweta, Oklahoma. Graveside services celebrating Rick s life will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Vernon Cemetery in Coweta, Oklahoma.
