Mr. Rickey Kindrick, age 66, a resident of Covington, TN, passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023. A Memorial Service will be held on May 27, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the Eagle Vision Ministry located at 8750 Jernigan Dr., Somerville, TN 38068. Pastor Larry West will officiate the service.
Rickey was born on October 25, 1956, in Tipton County. He was self-employed as a carpet layer. He loved the Lord, and he loved his church family. He was dear to his own family and was known to them as “Rick Can Do It” because of his handyman skills. He loved motorcycles and classic cars. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy and was a proud veteran of the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his beloved motorcycle, Precious; his two dogs, Too Cute and Sharkbite; his wife, Stacy Trier Kindrick of nearly 3 years; his father, JW Kindrick; three brothers, Joseph Kindrick (Nell), Elvis Byrd (Phyllis) and George Rulo, Jr. (Dora); two sisters, Deborah Scott, and Patsy Pinner (Sydney); one sister-in-law, Deborah K. Walker and first cousin, Beverly Hughey (Dewayne).
He was also a Father to Holly R. West (Michael), Tiffany A Sedinger (Bryan Smith), Trevor G. Trier (Kaitlyn Brown), Amber Bronnerberg (James), Kirk Rulo, Juanita Rulo, and many more. He was a Grandpa to Misty Hilton, Collin West, Rylee West, Mason Trier, Lylah Trier, Wyatt Kindrick and many more. He had a deep love and respect for his mother, Faye Woods Kindrick, who preceded him in death.
All services and arrangements are under the direction of the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN.
