Ricky A. Spinner, 70, of Constable passed away on August 2, 2025 at the University of Vermont Hospital with his family by his side. Graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 30th at 11:30am at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery, Constable. The Spinner family has put the trust of their loved one in the care of Frary Funeral Home, Malone.

Ricky was born on June 25, 1955 in Malone to the late Elmer and Mae (McManus) Spinner. He attended Franklin Academy and graduated in 1974. From a very young age he found passion with working heavy equipment. He worked for the town of Constable Highway Department as a heavy equipment operator for 40 years until he became disabled. Ricky loved to be in the woods hunting, mowing lawns, growing his vegetables and cooking for big bar-b-ques. Ricky found the love of his life, Laurie Barney, and they were married on September 1, 2007 at their home.

Ricky is survived by his wife, Laurie of Constable, his two sons that he raised as his own; Dakota "Cody" Fullum and Darrin Fullum both of Constable, his precious grandchildren; Madison, Alyssa, Emma, and Issac. He is also survived by his two brothers; Bruce Spinner of Malone and George Spinner of Connecticut, a sister; Patty Patnode of Florida, a chosen brother Donnie Dabiew of Constable, along with several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents Elmer and Mae, his two brothers; Robert and Billy Spinner.
