She was born in Bonnieville to Edward Reynolds and Mary Hawk Reynolds Gardner. She was a book keeper for Big Lots, and the Pickle Station. She also was a clerk for IGA in Upton. She attended Oak Hill Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, step father, Raymond Gardner, and sister, Diana Cottrell.
She is survived by her loving husband Kenneth E Fulkerson of Sonora, KY. two sons William "Bucky" (Stephanie) Fulkerson of Sonora, KY, Kenneth "Junior" (Julia) Fulkerson, Jr. of Hodgenville, KY, three sisters, Brenda Cottrell of Bonnieville, KY, Roslyn Fulkerson of Sonora, KY, Angie Cole of Munfordville, KY, five Grandchildren, Olivia Fulkerson, Lucy Elizabeth Fulkerson, Grace Fulkerson, Caroline Fulkerson, and Spencer Fulkerson
Funeral Services will be held Monday July 21, 2025 12:00 pm at Manakee Funeral Home n Sonora, KY with Rev. Mike Walker officiating. Burial will be held at the Sonora Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm or Monday 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Manakee Funeral Home in Sonora.
