Rita Patricia "Pat" Maguire

Rita Patricia "Pat" Maguire (nee Drum) passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025. She was 94 years of age. Pat was born in Philadelphia to the late Marie (nee Sweeney) and William Drum. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Francis Maguire and by her siblings, John Drum, William Drum, Marie Glickman and Helen Quigley. Rita is survived by her daughter, Maureen Viereck (Bill); granddaughters, Colleen and Kate.

She was a proud graduate of the John W. Hallahan High School for Girls. She worked most of her life as an executive assistant for the Delaware Investment Group. When she was not working, she loved spending time with family. She enjoyed summers in Wildwood, NJ. She loved Philly sports, especially the Eagles and Phillies. Her most cherished moments were spent with her granddaughters. They were her pride and joy.

Pat's family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 10AM to 11AM, at Mary Mother of the Redeemer Church, 1325 Upper State Rd. North Wales, PA 19454. A Mass of Christian Burial for Pat will begin at 11AM. She will be laid to rest with her husband Francis at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne, PA.
