Robbin Jay Carlson, 68, of Susquehanna passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 1. He was the husband of the late Debra Paul Carlson.
Born on November 7, 1956 in Duluth, MN, he resided in Susquehanna for the last 11 years. He was the son of the late Edward James and Carol Suzanne Johnson Carlson.
Robbin was a graduate of Carleton College and was an IT manager for 21 years at Hoffmann-La Roche in Nutley, NJ. He was a voracious reader, enjoyed woodworking, playing the piano and guitar, and was an avid tinkerer of computers and electronics. He was a kind and modest man, a wonderful father, and always willing to lend a hand.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Ryan Carlson and Jennifer Olsen of San Diego, CA; his grandsons, Elliot and Lucas; his sister, Candice Roberts; and his companion, Lisa Judge of Dunmore.
He was also preceded in death by his brother, James Carlson.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family, at a later date.
