Born in Boston, Robbie was the cherished son of Derrick and Sherry Ann (Gofstein) Anderson. From the very beginning, Robbie's life was marked by resilience, strength, and an indomitable spirit. Though faced with significant physical challenges, he lived each day with joy, courage, and a deep appreciation for the people and experiences that brought him happiness.

He found immense joy in life's sensory experiences, he especially loved car rides, train journeys, and any opportunity to feel motion and movement. These moments of adventure and togetherness were among his greatest joys.
Robert had a deep and abiding love for music. He appreciated all genres but held a special fondness for the music of Barry Manilow and the electrifying energy of KISS. Music was not only a source of entertainment but a profound connection to the world around him. He shared a particularly close bond with his twin, whose piano playing brought him comfort and delight.
Robbie was most content when surrounded by the joyful noise of a large gathering.
