Robert “Ralo” Andrew Baham, age 53, passed away in his home in Franklinton, Louisiana, surrounded by his family on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 9:53 PM.
Robert was born on September 22, 1970 in Covington, Louisiana to parents Dupree Jackson “Jack” Baham & Katherine Briles.
Robert was a graduate of Covington High School, where he was active in FFA & livestock. He enjoyed rodeos, and riding bulls in his younger years. He learned a trade as pipefitter and did some traveling early on. Robert enjoyed being surrounded by family & friends, listening to music, and cooking. He settled in Folsom/Franklinton area to raise his family. He was most proud of his wife & kids. They were his world. Whatever sport or activity the kids were into, he was right there with them. He was not only there for his kids, but he became a father to their friends as well. He went from being a softball dad in the dugout to standing in the alleyway of every barrel racer holding their horses. He enjoyed hog hunting, but it was spending time with his buddies he enjoyed the most. Robert loved being on the boat fishing or just riding on the river. He had a love cruising on his Harley, and shared his passion with anyone that showed an interest. Robert had a love for life, living in those smallest moments, & appreciating the people that surrounded him in life. He was a friend for life.
He is survived by his wife, Terri Wactor Baham, of 20 years and three children: Katelynn (Andrew) Brister, Victoria & Jesse. Granddaughter Gracelynn Brister. Robert was in attendance for the announcement of future Grandson, Brantley Brister, due in September. Parents Jackson & Katherine Baham, Father in law, Wayne Wactor.
