Robert Joseph Bergevin, age 87, born in Chateaugay, New York and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on June 22, 2024. Robert is survived by his wife of sixty-two years, Rae “Ricki” Bergevin; children, Charles Joseph Bergevin ll and wife, Marie, Kathy Montantez; sister, Shirley Gray of Albany, New York; daughter in-law, Jeannie; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sons, Kary Bergevin and Bobby Bergevin, daughters, Deborah, Kim Davee. Mr. Bergevin served his country proudly in the Korean War and honorably discharged from the United States Air Force. A Visitation will be held at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, July 1, 2024, at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church 5901 St. Joseph’s Dr. NW with Mass of the Resurrection to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow the Mass with full military honors at Mt. Calvary Cemetery 1900 Edith Blvd NE. Pallbearers will be, Gilbert Martinez, Frank Creamer, Raylena Ives, Shane Ives, Alexander Torres, and Andrew Montantez.
