Robert "Bob" D. Pageau Sr., age 91, passed away peacefully on September 28, 2024, at his home in Littleton, New Hampshire after a brief period of failing health. He was born on June 21, 1933, the son of Adelard and Carlene Pageau, but was raised by his grandparents, Joseph and Anne Pageau of Littleton, NH

After attending St. Rose of Lima School in Littleton, Bob went on to a long and successful career in the construction industry, eventually owning and operating his own contracting business until his retirement. He was very proud of the homes he built in Littleton and the North Country, and with the relationships and lasting friendships that he built with the many families with whom he worked.

Bob enjoyed many hobbies over the years including hunting and training his bird dogs, running his small farm with different animals that engaged his interest, and later in life cooking and baking. He never stopped trying to learn new things and continued to experiment with building and inventing.

He was predeceased by his wife, Peggy of 62 years, as well as his brother, Herman, his sisters, Theresa and Marjory, son, Michael Pageau, sons-in-law, Allen Leach and Gregory Foster, and granddaughter, Tori Andrews.

He is survived by seven children: Patricia Andrews of Littleton, NH, Bonnie Leach of Concord, NH, Rebecca Pageau of Littleton, NH, Cynthia Foster of Littleton, NH, Carlene Hartford and husband, Gordon of Littleton, NH, Robert Pageau Jr. and wife, Marcie of Cape Neddick, ME, and Steven Pageau and wife, Isla of Portsmouth, RI. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

No formal services will be held at this time. Those who wish to, may make a memorial contribution in Bob's name to North Country Home Health and Hospice Agency in Littleton, NH

The family wishes to express deep gratitude for the care North Country Home Health has provided to our parents.
