We are sad to announce that we had to say goodbye to Robert Francis Boschert on July 30, 2024. Bob was born on August 19, 1940 in Saint Charles, Missouri. He was a loving husband to his wife Dee Ann Boschert, father and grandfather.
Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri School of Mines in 1962, was a Registered Professional Engineer and was proudly employed for over 30 years at Armco Steel, Inc. in positions of Engineering and Management.
He and Dee Ann were long term residents of Middletown, Ohio and moved to Columbus in 2019 in order to be closer to family. Bob was proceeded in death by his father Francis Boschert, mother Elvira Boschert (Schneider), brother (Ronald) and sister (Betty).
He is survived by his wife of 62 years Dee Ann Boschert, three children (Jeffrey Boschert, Gregory Boschert and Bradley Boschert) five grandchildren (Travis Boschert, Josephine Boschert, Steven Boschert, Erich (Sulley) Boschert and Brady Boschert), two Daughters-in-Laws (Cheryl Boschert and Andreia Boschert) and four Nieces (Pam Bauer, Bonnie Norris, Christi Douglas and Heather Van Pelt).
Bob asked for a private, family-only service in lieu of a funeral service. The family requests that for those interested, a donation be made to the American Heart Association in Bob's name.
