Robert Brindisi Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by O'Connor Mortuary - Laguna Hills Chapel & Mortuary on Feb. 10, 2025.
Robert (Bob) Frank Brindisi, Husband, Father, Stepdad, Grampa and Friend, left this life suddenly on Friday, January 24, 2025.
Born a little more than 80 years ago in New Rochelle, NY, Bob was the only child of Frank and Gabby Brindisi. However, both Frank and Gabby came from large families so Bob grew up with many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins both in New York and in Montreal, many of whom peopled some of his happiest childhood memories.
Bob received his Engineering Degree from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York and got his Master's in Business Administration from Iona College in New Rochelle. Although he was a Chemical Engineer by degree he spent the vast majority of his career as a technical salesman of capital equipment. Outgoing and gregarious, he found his true calling he loved what he did and was very good at it.
In retirement Bob found the time to make new friends, keep in touch with old ones and reconnect with many that he had lost contact with. Family and friends were important to him and he took great satisfaction from them.
Bob is survived by his wife, Ranzy; his son Rob Brindisi; his daughter Darcy Brindisi Gonzalez along with her husband Anthony and their children Anthony Jr., Bella, Tosh and Marley; his stepson Geoffrey Walker along with his wife Barbara and their children FredRobert Daignault and Owen Walker; his stepson Jeremy Walker and his wife Nicole and their children Kaydence and Breanna Saige and Izyk and Denver Walker. His great grandkids number 5 (so far), Olivia, Leland, Aurora, Rayden and Oaklee.
Bob's leaving has torn a hole in our lives and in our hearts, but he was a deeply religious man, so
"Death has not won, but love has won and love is God."

I went to Clarkson with Bobby way back when. It seems a lifetime ago, but I remember him as a fun loving guy with a great following of friends. I extend my condolences to his family, and I regret not making more of an effort to keep in touch. God bless you.
