December 21, 1941 - December 25, 2025
Robert D. Brown, 84, of Waterville, Ohio, passed away December 25, 2025. He is survived by his wife, Jeanette "Jean" Brown.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 2, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., at Peinert-Dunn Funeral Home, 7220 Dutch Rd., Waterville, Ohio 43566. A Rosary service will be held at the funeral home, Friday, at 4:30 p.m. His funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 14010 S. River Rd., Grand Rapids, Ohio 43522. A luncheon will immediately follow the Mass, at the church. Burial will be private at Resurrection Cemetery in Toledo.

Brownie (Unit 164) was instrumental in educating me in becoming an outstanding State Trooper when I was assigned to the Toledo Post in the mid 70's. His wild game feasts were a fun time, a time I will never forget. Jeannie, you have my deepest condolences. My time in Toledo and knowing you, Brownie and the black Lab, Trooper will always bring a smile in my heart. Sincerely, Retired Major James H. Walker (Unit 1067).

So sorry to hear of your loss. We sure have some good memories through the years...Loma Linda dinners, drives in the country looking for his deer, driving Clark to spaghetti warehouse for his surprise birthday party, and then Jean´s surprise retirement party at the dinner theater. May he rest peacefully.
