Robert Ciarletta, a beloved husband and father passed away peacefully at his residence on June 12, 2024, surrounded by his loving wife and daughter. He was born on June 6, 1952, in Brooklyn, NY to the late John and Rose Ciarletta.

Robert was a man who cherished his family above all else. He adored his wife of nearly 48 years, Yvonne, and their daughter Erika. His fondest memories revolved around spending quality time with them.

An avid lover of boating on the bay and the lake, Robert found solace in the vast waters. He was also a devoted New York Yankees fan and shared his passion for the team by taking Erika to games when she was young.

Throughout a challenging 13-year battle with cancer, Robert exhibited immense courage and determination. Despite his illness, he remained strong until the end.

One of Robert's proudest accomplishments was his daughter Erika. His deepest wish was to walk her down the aisle at her wedding in November. Though he could not fulfill this wish physically, his presence will undoubtedly be felt during that memorable occasion.

Robert is survived by his wife Yvonne, daughter Erika, future son-in-law Jacob DiPietro, sister Rosemarie Giudice, and several nieces. He is predeceased by his brother John Ciarletta.

In honoring Robert's life, we remember a man who exemplified love, strength, and devotion to his family. May his memory live on in the hearts of those who knew him best.

Services will be privately held with the family.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to The American Cancer Society.
