Robert Michael Davis, 65, of Medford, passed away on December 31, 2025. He was born on April 25, 1960, at Cambridge City Hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts, to Arlene Jenkins and John Davis.

On his mother's side of the family, Robert is survived by his beloved sibling, Bev Jenkins and his wife, Regina Jones-Jenkins, his cousin, Yvonne Johnson, and several close relatives. On his father's side, Robert was one of many children and is survived by numerous aunts, sisters, nieces, and nephews. He will also be deeply missed by his pride and joy, his beloved cat, Mitzy.

Robert lived in several communities and was known everywhere for his big, warm smile and his joking sense of humor, which endeared him to everyone he met. He was especially devoted to caring for others and was always ready to offer support to friends and family during hospital stays, never hesitating to show up for a visit.

During his working years, Robert was employed as a court clerk at Pembleton Courthouse. He later found fulfillment in various community-focused roles, including positions at the YMCA, Dimock Health, and as a security guard. In his free time, Robert enjoyed listening to jazz and the oldies, watching movies, and cooking meals inspired by his mother's recipes.

A funeral service will be held at Quincy Point Congregational Church, 444 Washington St., Quincy, MA 02169 on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. A graveside service will be held at a later date.
