Robert "Bobby" Glen Duncan, 40 of Bluford, IL passed away unexpectedly on November 14, 2025. Robert was born December 8, 1984 to Robert and Sue Duncan.
Robert leaves behind his children Kaden, Kaymden, Kaisley, Kasen and Kashtyn. He is survived by his Mother Glenna Sue Duncan-Leith stepfather Jerry Leith of Bluford, IL; Siblings Krystal Duncan of Wayne City, IL, Melissa Stover and husband Rob of Centralia, IL, Amanda Duncan special friend Jeff Sledge of Mt. Vernon, IL and Shane Duncan of Bluford, IL. Two Half Siblings Wendy and Kimberly. Several nieces and nephews: Carrie, Emily, Catalina, Dakota, Alexis, Lacie, Brayden, James, Austin, Aleah, Joey, Raylynn, Kato; Great Nephews Greyson and Jakob. Also several aunts and uncles and cousins.
He thought of one special uncle Dennis as a father figure in his life. Bobby never met a stranger and would talk your ear off any chance he got. Bobby's biggest passion in life ever since he was a little boy was farming he carried on his farming career side by side with his uncle Dennis up until he died. He loved his kids more than life itself and wanted nothing but the best for them. To know Bobby was to love Bobby he will be deeply missed by all his family and friends.
Robert proceeds in death by his father Robert Duncan. Grandparents Glen and Dorothy Withrow. Kenneth and Dorothy Duncan. Several aunts and uncles including Kenny Duncan, Richard Duncan, Mary Beth Laird, Jody Gertsch, Bill Duncan, Janice Hale, Joann Fields, Delores Sesock and Pat Withrow.
A Visitation will be held Saturday, November 22, 2025 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, IL. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Hughey Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Thomason Cemetery in Wayne City, IL. Memorials may be made in Robert's honor to the care of Bobby's mother Glenna.
