Robert "Bob" Parker Fulp, 92, of Trinity, went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. A lifelong resident of Randolph County, Bob was born on March 16, 1933, to the late Roy A. Fulp and Ruby Johnson Fulp. He graduated from Trinity High School and went on to earn his bachelor's degree from High Point College, followed by a master's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During his academic journey, Bob honorably served his country as a member of the Army's 82nd Airborne Division. After his service, Bob returned to his alma mater, Trinity High School, where he became a beloved teacher and coach. Under his leadership, the school celebrated many undefeated seasons, a legacy still remembered by his students and athletes, many of whom called him "the best." Bob later founded Trin-Dale Home Builders and, alongside his wife Peggy, established Trin-Dale Children Center Inc., a business that continues to thrive today thanks to the dedication of its employees. His contributions to education, business, and the lives of countless individuals leave a lasting impact on the Trinity community. A man of deep faith, Bob was a longtime member of First Wesleyan Church and the Outreach Class of High Point before becoming a member of Trinity Baptist Church of Trinity. He will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather, loyal friend, and neighbors who quietly and profoundly made a difference in the world around him. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his brother, Charles J. Fulp; his sister, Nancy Fulp Davis; and his son-in-law, Geno Williams. He is survived by his wife, Peggy J. Phillips Fulp; children, Robin A. Fulp (Cathy), Logan R. Fulp (Linda), Christi M. Fulp Williams, and Daryl A. Myrick; grandchildren, Alan Fulp (Ellen), Chase Fulp (Emily), Jordan Fulp (Mollie), Zorn Williams, Victoria Myrick, Katherine Myrick, Aubrey Myrick, and Dwain Freedle (LeAnn); and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, all of whom he cherished deeply. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at the Archdale Chapel of Cumby Family Funeral Service with Pastor Morris Little officiating. Interment will follow at Floral Garden Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the service.
