Rob was born in Miami, FL, on June 10, 1969, and departed this earthly life on August 12, 2025. He is the son of Robert W. Fulton, Sr., and the late Mary Ann McDaniel Fulton. He worked for many years at Anchor Continental and in later years at Rhythmlink where he was the Quality Control Manager. In recent years, he began painting using his artistic gifts. Survivors include his father, Robert W. Fulton, Sr., (Jamie); daughter, Alyssa Fulton Clamp (John); son, Zak T. Fulton; brother, Benjamin M. Fulton (Crystal); grandson, Easton Parker Clamp; sister-in-law, Kimberly Gray; and brother-in-law, Trey Rogers; and special family pets, Ace, Champ, and Amber.
