Robert Carl Grippe Jr.

Robert C Grippe Jr. 61 of Neptune passed away suddenly on Sunday, January 11, 2026 in Brick. Born in Long Branch, he resided in many places before moving to Neptune 2 years ago. Robert spent his time on the open road working as a long-haul truck driver for Alvarado Trucking in Texas before retiring from the road in 2023. He Enjoyed spending time with and at his brother's place in Brick. He loved all New York sports teams and was an avid Seattle Seahawks fan. Go Hawks!! He was a big movie buff. He was known for being a kind-hearted person who was always willing to lend a hand to others. He is predeceased by his parents, Robert Sr. & Rhoda Grippe, brother Thomas, and Sister Connie. Surviving is his brother, Kenneth, half-brother Anthony, half-sisters Bonnie, Laurie, & Lisa. Nieces, Brittney Grippe and Rebecca Lynn, and grandnephew, Hudson Ryan. (The one who made him smile everyday!)

Cremation is private. But a Gathering will be held February 15th 2-6pm at his brother Kenneth's house, 42 Lagoon Dr w, Brick, NJ 08723. All are welcome!
