He was born September 23, 1956 in Winter Haven FL, son of John R. Harrell and the late Mary Riley Harrell.
He is survived by his wife of forty one years, Deborah Harrell and his father, John Harrell of Ocala, FL.
John was loved by his family and many friends who called him "Gator". He was a computer wiz and he enjoyed working and his job that involved computer inventory and ordering.
