Robert Earl Hodges, Sr, 71, of Olive Branch, MS, passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2025. There are no services planned at this time.
Robert (Bob) was born on January 29, 1954, in Yuba City, CA, to Hazel and James Hodges. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Robert loved to ride motorcycles and was devoted to his church and his family. He was so proud of his grandchildren and his favorite title was "Papa."
Robert is survived by his daughters, Jamie Lynn Standstipher of Candian, OK and Crystal Gayle Stuller of McAlester, OK; sons, Marcus Sherwood of Southaven, MS and Robert Earl Hodges, Jr, also of Southaven; grandchildren, Keaton Standstipher, Samantha Brittenham, Kala Huggins, Trenton Robinson, Paige Dunn, Hayden Christopher Hodges, Layla Sherwood, and Harper Grace Hodges; and, several great-grandchildren.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Hazel Mae Hodges and James Dean Hodges; sister, Carol Sanderson, and brother, Jimmy Hodges.
