Robert Arvin Johnston, of Scotts passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at the age of 95. Robert was born on February 19, 1929, in Grand Junction, the son of the late Bert and Helena (Williams) Johnston. Robert graduated from Bloomingdale High School with the Class of 1947. He was a truck driver for 35 years. After he retired, he could be found at many of the local Bluegrass Festivals.
He is survived by his son: Todd (Amy) Johnston; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren; three step great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Robert is preceded in death by his wife: Marilyn; two sons: Mark and Bryan; four brothers: Herbert, Leslie, Fredrick, and Bert.
In accordance with his wish’s cremation has taken place.
Please join us in Celebrating the lives of (Robert) Bob and Marilyn Johnston on Saturday, August 9, 2025, beginning at 12:00 until 3:00 pm. A luncheon served at Main Street Pub, 208 East Prairie Street, Vicksburg, MI 49097.
