Bob Josey was a "Great" man! I have never met anyone that had anything negative to say about Bob! I met Bob about 28 years ago. He was Plumbing Inspector in Douglas, I had just been hired as Building Inspector! We worked together for the Town for 20 years, and when I left Douglas, we stayed in touch and made time to hang out with each other.
Bob will be missed by very many people. I will very truly miss Bob, our time we spent together, and our phone conversations. He will never be forgotten...I loved him, still love him dearly!!!
