Robert Wayne Kelleher, 91, died on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 in his home with his family by his side.
Bob was born January 5, 1932 to Clara (Jensen) and Jerome Kelleher in Superior, WI.
He graduated high school and went to work as a dairy and beef farmer. Bob worked many different places over the years, including working in the grain elevators in Superior, Twin Ports Grocery, a part time logger and as a CNA providing health care to others. He was particularly good with constructing things out of wood and always made things to last the test of time.
Bob will be remembered as a very independent man, a very caring and loving man with a good sense of humor.
He was a member of the House of Hope Church in Lake Nebagamon.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, two wives, Beverly, and Dorothy; his sons, Jerry, and Bernie; his brothers, Gene, Merle, and Kenneth and two infant brothers.
Survivors include his children, Dennis (Ruth) Kelleher and Debbie (Darrell) Anderson; his brother, David (Phyllis) Kelleher; his grandchildren, Josh (Nikki) Kelleher, Naomi (Bob) Anderson, Sam (Katie) Anderson, Liz (Travis) Meyer, Paul (Anahi) Kelleher, Mike (Amanda) Kelleher, Denny (Samantha) Kelleher, April (Cory) Malone, Aleah Kelleher and Abby Kelleher; 21 great grandchildren; his sister in-laws, Doris Kelleher and Marie Kelleher; his five step-children and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Saturday December 30, 2023 from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am funeral service at the House of Hope Church, 7184 S Church Rd. Lake Nebagamon, WI. Pastor Chad Cracraft will officiate.
Burial will be in Lake Nebagamon Cemetery at a later date.
