Robert "Rob" Kiser II

Robert "Rob" Keith Kiser II, 68 of Moreland, GA, passed away Saturday, March 7th, 2026, in his home surrounded by his family. Rob was born on December 18th, 1957, in Williamson, WV, to Robert Keith Kiser and Phyllis Anne Blackburn Kiser of Huntington, WV.

Rob grew up in Huntington, WV, and was a 1976 graduate of Vincent High School. He was a proud student at Marshall University, where he was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. After college, he joined the U.S. Air Force, where he became an Air Traffic Controller. After his military service, he moved back to the States and continued his career as a Controller for the Federal Aviation Administration. When Rob and his wife, Nori, married in 2002. Once married, he resided in Coweta County until his death. Rob was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

The visitation is on Friday, March 13th, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at McKoon Funeral Home, 38 Jackson St, Newnan, GA 30263. The funeral is Saturday, March 14th, 2026, at 2:00 pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 821 Old Atlanta Hwy, Newnan, GA 30263.

Survivors include wife, Nori Kiser of Moreland, GA; daughters, Sabrina Hope O'Neal of Moreland, GA and Gabriella Marie (Aaron) Nunnelly of Carrollton, GA; son, R. Keith Kiser III of Moreland, GA; granddaughter, Camilla Hope O'Neal; parents, Phyllis Anne (Blackburn) Kiser and Robert "Bob" K. Kiser & Phyllis Anne of Huntington, WV; brother, Eric T.(Brooke) Kiser of Lesage, WV and sister Lisa A. Issa of Huntington, WV. His is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
