Robert A. LeFave
Vietnam War Marine Corps Veteran
TEWKSBURY: Robert A. LeFave, age 76, a resident of Tewksbury for 50 years, passed away with loved ones by his side on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.
He was the beloved husband of Pamela A. (Evans) LeFave with whom he celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on October 4, last year.
Born and raised in Wakefield, he was the son of the late Arthur D. LeFave and the late Doris R. (Lewis) LeFave.
He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1966 and was honorably discharged a decorated Veteran of the Vietnam War. After his service, he moved back to Massachusetts with Pam and worked as a chef at Kitty's Restaurant in North Reading for 54 years.
Faith and family were the most important aspects of his life. He assisted with TEC at St William's, was a Eucharistic Minister, and together with Pam, enjoyed more than 40 years' service with WW Marriage Encounter.
In his spare time, Bob was a volunteer with Middlesex 4-H. He enjoyed camping, and most of all spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Wendy Russo and her husband Rich, of Tewksbury, Mary LeFave, of Tewksbury, and Chris LeFave and his partner Bob D'Ambroisie, of Nashua, NH: three grandchildren, Noah, Grace and Zach Russo. Bob was the brother of Del LeFave and his wife Lee, of Medford, Cilla Devine and her late husband Coley, of Wakefield and Carol Belanger, of Florida. He leaves many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Calling hours are Sunday, March 16, from 3-6 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee Street, Tewksbury. His funeral procession will begin on Monday, March 17, at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. at St. William's Church, 1351 Main Street, Route 38, Tewksbury. Interment at a later date will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family strongly suggests donations in his memory be made to Tunnels to Towers Foundation at

Philippians 2: If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves.

Such a kind and gentle soul, a real gentleman. Lived his faith and was an example to all who knew him. Our condolences to Pam and his family.
