Rob Sean Lincoln, affectionately known as Rob, passed away on October 3, 2025, in Ellington, Connecticut, at the age of 53. Born on May 9, 1972, in Springfield, Massachusetts, Rob lived a life marked by compassion, resilience, and unwavering dedication to others.

A devoted family man, Rob is lovingly remembered by his wife, Doria Lincoln; his sons Justin Lincoln, Michael Lincoln, and David Burns; his daughter Julia Burns; and his grandchildren Christian Lincoln, Liam Lincoln, Henry Lincoln, Robby Lincoln, and Lia Lavallee. He also leaves behind his siblings Robert Lincoln-Lynch, John Lincoln-Lynch, Tammy Alden, and Julia Duell. Rob's extended family includes many more relatives and friends whose lives were enriched by his presence.

He was predeceased by his father Robert Lincoln, mother Carol Lincoln, brother Todd Lincoln, and uncle James Lincoln.

Rob's spiritual journey was deeply personal and uniquely his own. While he wasn't a man of rigid religious tradition, he often spoke of miracles he witnessed and how he saw God moving in everyday life. In his final months, this path led him to find comfort and community alongside his family at Vox Church. His recent decision to be baptized was a powerful and peaceful culmination of his personal journey of faith.

Rob had a zest for life that shone through in everything he did. He found joy in simple pleasures-riding his motorcycle with the wind at his back, floating down rivers on tubing adventures, and perfecting the art of smoking meats. These hobbies brought him peace and connection with those around him.

Perhaps most notably, Rob dedicated much of his life to service within Narcotics Anonymous. As a sponsor and mentor within the community, he offered guidance and hope to countless individuals navigating recovery. His compassion knew no bounds; he listened without judgment and gave freely of his time to help others find their path forward. His legacy within this community is profound-he was a beacon of strength for those who needed it most.

Rob will be remembered not only for the lives he touched but also for the laughter he shared. His sense of humor brought light into every room he entered. Whether offering a kind word or sharing a joke at just the right moment, Rob had an uncanny ability to lift spirits.

May Rob's memory bring comfort to all who knew him and continue to inspire acts of kindness and service in the world.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Forastiere Smith Funeral Home 220 N. Main St., East Longmeadow from 1:00PM to 3:00 PM., followed by a funeral service at 3:00 PM.
