On Thursday, January 23, 2025, at South Central Medical Center in Laurel, Mississippi, the death angel came and bore the sweet spirit of Bro. Robert Charles McDougle, Jr. away to a land that is free of all sickness, suffering, pain, and death.
Robert McDougle. Jr. was born January 31, 1968, to the late Robert and Alice McDougle. He is preceded in death by his mother Alice, father Robert and his son Robert Charles McDougle, Ill.
At an early age, he joined Pineville Missionary Baptist Church. Later in life he joined New Friendship Missionary Baptist Church where he remained a devoted member until his death.
Robert leaves to cherish his loving memories his daughter Lyndaisha McDougle of Buckatunna, MS; sisters: Ruthie Walker, Mary Rankin, Amanda McDougle, Kim McDougle, Esther McDougle all of Buckatunna, MS; Rose Mary Vale, Elizabeth Gandy of Waynesboro, MS; special friends Jerry Clark, Stacey Harris, Ronnie Wayne Skipper, Johnny Laffitte and his work family at Quickway Store; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 7, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Pineville MB Church, with Rev. George Barnett officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
The viewing period will be held Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Turner Funeral Home.
