Robert Racino

Robert Racino, 86, of Ormond Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2025. Born on January 22, 1939, in Dunkirk, NY, Robert was one of three children born to Alexander Racino and Glendora Rowland. He is now reunited with his loving parents and his siblings, Tom and Betty, who welcomed him home with open arms.
A man of many talents, Robert spent years singing country music and was truly a jack of all trades. He retired from the Surf Club in Surfside, Miami Beach, and later moved from his longtime home of 50 years in Hollywood, Florida, to the Daytona Beach area.
Robert had simple joys that brought him great happiness-anything cherry-flavored, Whoppers, good BBQ ribs, and cheering for the Miami Dolphins. Above all, he genuinely loved people. He never met a stranger and was happiest when making others laugh, working on puzzles for hours, or taking road trips with those he loved dearly.
Robert was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and uncle. His warmth, humor, and kindness touched everyone who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
Robert is survived by his devoted wife of 61 years, Donna; and by his three daughters, who were the pride of his life: Deborah Gunn and her husband, Michael; Doreen Miller; and Denice Racino and her husband, James. He was a cherished grandfather to Michael Gee and his wife, Kristine; Meagan Miller and her fiancé, Joshua; and RJ Vesoloski and his wife, Victoria. His legacy continues through his great-grandchildren: Joey, Colton, Skye, and Robbie. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews from his large and loving family.
