Robert Soales, age 70, suddenly passed at home in Manasquan NJ on March 12, 2023. He was born September 17, 1952, in Point Pleasant NJ. He married Madelyn Geddes Soales on October 10, 1976, and then moved to Albuquerque, NM. He spent most of his career at CVI Laser Corporation in Albuquerque, NM where he was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. After retirement, he returned "home" to the Jersey Shore in 2014

He leaves behind his cherished wife, Madelyn (Maddie) and his beloved son, Brian. He is survived by his loving sister, Eileen Pipala and his nieces and nephew, Carolyn Eknoian (John), Colleen Angrist (Richard), and John Pipala as well as first cousin, Elinore Stempniewiecz. He was predeceased by his parents, Donald and Ruth Soales and a multitude of aunts and uncles.

Arrangements are under the care of Orender Family Home for Funerals, Manasquan, NJ. A memorial service will be held on March 25, 2023, at Manasquan Presbyterian Church 16 Virginia Ave. Manasquan, NJ. A visitation will be held at the church at 10 am with a service at 11 am. His cremains will be buried at Greenwood Cemetery in Brielle, NJ.
