Robert "Bob" Trulock, 76, of Kingsford died Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at the Marshfield Medical Center-Dickinson in Iron Mountain.
Bob was born on December 31, 1946 in Iron Mountain, son of the late John D. and Delores (Wood) Trulock. He was a lifelong resident of the area and married Kathleen Hicks on May 28, 1966 at the First United Methodist Church in Iron Mountain. Bob was a businessman who owned and operated several service related businesses over the years. He bowled in league for many years and was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing.
Bob is survived by his wife of 57 years, Kathy; four children, Mark (Becky) Trulock of Kingsford, Kimberly (Michael) Phillips of Niagara, Shane (Kerstin) Trulock of Kingsford and Clint Trulock of Iron Mountain; three brothers, John (Robin) Trulock of Niagara, Billy Trulock of Chicago and Terry Trulock of Kingsford; two sisters, Julie (Jack) Gustin of Kingsford and Cindy (Tom) Oien of Iron Mountain; two brothers-in-law, Roy (Jean) Hicks and Gary Hicks; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Bob was also preceded in death by a brother, Donald Trulock; a sister, Sandra Hosking; and his father and mother-in-law, Stanley & Winnie Hicks.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2023, from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the Kingsford Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 3:00 PM on Saturday at the Kingsford Funeral Home. Rev. Walter Reichle will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Global Methodist Church in Iron Mountain.
