Robert (Bob) Charles "Papa, Bubba, Big Kahuna, BK Hunter" Weber, age 83, passed away
peacefully on December 10, 2025, in Brighton, Massachusetts. Born on January 8, 1942, in
Lawrence, Massachusetts and resided in New Hampshire for 55 years with his Wife Paula. Bob
lived a full and vibrant life marked by deep love for his family, enduring friendships, and an
infectious zest for life.
Bob proudly served his country in the United States Air Force before pursuing higher education
at Brandeis University. His professional journey spanned over three decades at Agfa (formerly
Compugraphic Corp.), where he dedicated 36 years of service and retired as a production
manager. Even after retirement, Bob remained active and engaged-taking on odd jobs with
friends to stay busy and connected.
A man of many passions, Bob found joy in the great outdoors. He was an avid hunter and
taught Hunter Safety for 20 years, loved fly fishing and cherished time spent along the
Kancamagus Highway and Saco River. Camping trips with family and friends were among his
favorite pastimes- occasions filled with laughter, storytelling, and his signature rendition of
"Day-O" by Harry Belafonte that never failed to bring smiles to those around him. He also had a
love for travel.
Bob's warmth and charisma made him beloved by all that knew him (and women always
commented on his cologne!). Known for his ever-present smile and upbeat spirit, he
approached life with an open heart and boundless energy. He was a devoted husband to Paula:
a loving father to Donna Lucente and her husband Michael; Robert Weber and his partner
Kathy; Jason Weber and his wife Mindy; and Tara Palma and her husband Ryan. His legacy
continues through his cherished grandchildren: Cody, Dylan, Jasmyn, Erica, Peter, Mele and
Zea; and great grandchildren Isabella, Amir and Wren. He had numerous brothers and
sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased in death by his father Harry Weber; mother Mary Kishkiunas; sister Joyce
Hunley; and Mary (Grammy) King.
Bob's memory will live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him. His
laughter and his songs echoed through campgrounds, his stories warmed countless gatherings,
and his love for family was unwavering. May his memory bring comfort to all who knew and
loved him.
