Robert Wider Obituary
Robert Joseph Wider, a dedicated Route Salesman for Thomas' English Muffin, passed away on July 31, 2024, in Port Jefferson, New York. He was born on March 13, 1939.
During his life, Robert served in the Army and later pursued a successful career as a Route Salesman. His dedication and hard work left a lasting impact on those around him.
Robert is survived by his beloved wife Susan and loving sons, Robert and Mark, and his daughter, Jessica. He was also cherished by his deceased step-son, the Late Darren Pennenga. And will be deeply missed by Aiden, Daniel and Melody.
Friends and family are invited to pay respects at the Mangano Family Funeral Home Of Middle Island in Middle Island, New York. The visitation events will take place on August 6th from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. A prayer service will be held on August 7th at 10:00 AM followed by the burial at Calverton National Cemetery in Calverton, New York at 11:00 AM.
Robert's kindness and dedication will always be remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace.
