Roberta Edwards Obituary
Bobbi married Fred Edwards Jr. in Battle Creek on March 17, 1995; he sadly preceded her in death on January 29, 2021. She is survived by her sons, David and James Owens of Battle Creek; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a sister, Beverly Geesin of Battle Creek. Bobbi was also preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Marcia Austin and Rebecca Puffer.
Bobbi was a member of the Augusta VFW Post #7956 Ladies Auxiliary, the PNA Lodge #2416, Battle Creek and the Oscar Brady American Legion Post #298 Ladies Auxiliary, Battle Creek. She truly enjoyed golfing, bowling, and playing softball & horseshoes. Bobbi also enjoyed canoeing up north and spending time with her family and many friends.
A memorial service to celebrate Bobbi's life will be held 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 19, 2024 at the Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta. In lieu of flowers, please consider making donations to the American Legion Post #298 or Companion Cats. Arrangements by Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care, Battle Creek. Personal messages for the family and/or favorite memories of Bobbi may be placed at.
