Roberto Antonio Proa, age 71, born in Torreon, Chihuahua, Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on December 14, 2025. Roberto is survived by his children, Robert C. Proa and wife, Angela, Elizabeth Proa, Gabriela Guzman and husband, Christopher Janow, David A. Proa and Antoinette De La Cruz, Julian Proa; twenty-two grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; sister, Martha; brother, George Proa; mother of his children, Leticia Breceda, several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at San Jose Catholic Church 2401 Broadway Blvd. SE. with a Rosary to be recited at 10:00a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. and interment will follow the services at Fairview Memorial Cemetery 700 Yale SE. Pallbearers will be, Robert C. Proa, David A. Proa, David Proa Jr., Julian Proa, Luis Rivas, Josiah Rael.
