Robin Ann Moore of Decatur, Georgia, passed away unexpectedly April 19, 2024. She was born in Atlanta to parents Manly and Evelyn Boyd Moore in 1954. She was a native Atlantan. Upon graduating from Georgia State University, she embarked on a long and successful bookkeeping and accounting career working for several companies and not for profits additionally setting up her own accounting and consulting firm. She served as general manager for a company that helped foreign companies conduct business in the United States. She owned and managed commercial real estate in downtown Decatur and co-owned property in Clarkston. Additionally, she was a board member of her HOA and served as treasurer for many years. Robin was a successful businesswoman, but more importantly she was greatly admired and loved by family, friends and neighbors. She was an ardent animal lover, an advocate for spay and neuter, and will be greatly missed by her three cats. Lastly, she was a dedicated baseball fan and loved her Atlanta Braves. She is survived by a brother, David Camp, of Seminole, Florida, a niece Allison Mocilnikar and her child Alex of Long Beach, California, and godchild Taylor Weathersby of N. Augusta, South Carolina. Preceding her in death was her beloved wife, the love of her life, Cathie Elizabeth Herman. A Celebration of her Life will be held at The First Existentialist Congregation of Atlanta, 470 Candler Park Dr., Atlanta, GA, on June 15, from 1-3pm. Donations to honor Robin should be made to Paws Atlanta.
