Robin Christine (Scherer) Willig, 59, of Wann, OK, passed away on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. Robin was born December 13, 1965, in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Frank Aleman and Linda Barker. She was later adopted by her stepfather, Hap Scherer. Robin graduated from Caney Valley High School in Ramona in 1984. Her love of art began at a young age and while in high school, Robin was blessed to have a drawing displayed at the White House. An amazing artist, she loved to paint and draw, especially portraits. After high school, Robin worked at Applied Automation, McDonald's, and La Faces Night Club. It was at La Faces where she met the love of her life, Lance Marlin Willig. The couple married on July 1, 1989, in
Dewey, OK. The loving couple were blessed with a son, Lance Willig Jr. They enjoyed working on their farm, gardening, and showing dogs. Robin loved her horses, as well. She adored her sweet dogs and treated them like they were her children. Robin developed a passion for essential oils and enjoyed helping people. This culminated in her becoming a wellness coach and distributor for Doterra Essential Oil. She opened a shop called Essential Stop in Coffeyville, which remained open until a couple of years ago. In addition to her art and the essential oils, Robin's hobbies included gardening for vegetables and flowers, cooking from scratch. Most of all, Robin adored her grandchildren. They were the light of her life. She was always sharing the Bible verse, Ephesians 6:10, "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the [a]wiles of the devil." Robin's favorite Bible verse was Matthew 17:20, "He replied, "Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."
